Production and Shipping Time

Fuji Print and Hahnemühle Fine Art Print: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the production and shipment of the product. 

Floater Frame and Frame with Passe Partout: Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the production and shipment of the product

Return Policy

Each print you receive has been manufactured exclusively for you. Therefore refund or return are only granted if the print arrives damaged or defective.

In case of an issue with the print, please send us photo to verify the damaged/defective prints to contact@karimkanoun.com and we will be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you.

• What is the finish of your prints? Matte or glossy?

Fuji Print, Frame with Passe-Partout and floater frame all come by default with a matte finish. If you prefer a glossy finish, please add a comment at the time when placing an order and we will fulfil that for you at no additional cost.
The Hahnemühle Fine Art Baryta has a Glossy finish and cannot be changed.

• Can I customise my print: white boarder, different paper, matte/glossy finish, custom dimensions or other frames types?

For any customisation request please fill the form above "Ask a question or special request" and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

• Where Are The Prints Made?

Prints are made in Germany

• Can I request digital file of the image?

If you would like to have your print fulfilled by a specific printing lab we would be happy to assist you with that.

• I would like to licence one of your photos, how to proceed?

For any licensing request please fill the form above "Ask a question or special request" and we will get back to you within 12 to 24 hours.

• Can I request the print to be made in a specific printing lab with my own frame/product selection?

If you would like to have your print fulfilled by a specific printing lab, we will be happy to assist you with that.

• My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
